What is an invisible grille?

All the safety, none of the cage

An invisible grille replaces bulky traditional grilles with a series of fine, high-tension stainless-steel cables spaced close together. From a few steps back they all but disappear — so you keep natural light, airflow and an unobstructed view, while gaining a strong barrier against falls and intruders.

  • Unobstructed view — barely visible cables keep your scenery intact.
  • Child & pet safe — closely-spaced cables prevent falls.
  • HDB & condo friendly — neat, low-profile and easy to maintain.

Invisible grille FAQs

Are invisible grilles safe for children and pets?
Yes. The cables are spaced closely together and held under high tension, forming a strong barrier that prevents children and pets from falling from windows, balconies and open spaces — while keeping the view clear.
Will an invisible grille block my view?
No. The cables are very fine and, from a normal viewing distance, they're barely noticeable. You keep your natural light, airflow and scenery — that's the whole point of an invisible grille.
What material do you use?
Marine-grade 316 stainless steel (SS316), known for its strength and resistance to rust and corrosion. It's coated to withstand humid weather and is designed for minimal maintenance.
Which grille type suits my home?
It depends on the window and how you use it. Fixed and fixed-frame grilles are the most secure; casement opens inward for cleaning and air-con access; sliding and bi-fold offer the easiest access; structure grilles enclose balconies. We'll advise on the best fit during a free site visit.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are completed within a day. After an on-site measurement and quotation, our certified team installs cleanly and tidies up before leaving — many customers comment on how neat the process is.
